A pilot for small digital agencies

Tell us what you do by hand. We’ll bring in the people who’ll fix it.

s1doit collects the repetitive tasks agencies deal with and brings developers to them. Solutions are tested on your real reports, and you’re the first to use them.

Participation is free. No sales calls. We share your contacts only with your consent.

What we need from you and what you get

You don’t build anything and you don’t pay anything. Your part is to describe the task honestly and try the solution.

  1. 3 minutes

Tell us about the last time

What you did, how long it took, what was annoying. A short call with the operator if something needs clarifying. Only the operator sees your words.

  2. 30–40 minutes

Try it on your own task

When a prototype is ready, you’ll be invited to test it on a real report. The developer adjusts the solution based on your feedback.

  3. Then

    Keep using what works

Early access to a solution built for your task. If it fits, you agree on terms directly with the developer. You can opt out at any time.

  • You can see who’s working on it

Every attempt has an author, a plan and the date of its last update. If a team goes quiet, you’ll see it.

  • Tested on real work, not slides

A solution counts as working only if you come back to it a week later for the same task.

  • Nothing gets lost

If an attempt stops, its findings stay. The next team doesn’t start from scratch.

Questions

Will I have to pay?
Participation is free. Developers build their own products and may offer your agency a paid pilot, but only directly and with no obligation. We don’t take any money.
Who are the developers?
Independent developers looking for a problem to build their own product around. Every attempt shows its author, status and latest update.
What about client data?
You can use an anonymized report for tests. Your email and your description of the case are never published.
What if no solution ever appears?
That can happen; we don’t promise results. You’ll see what was tried and why it didn’t work, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Which task would you stop doing by hand first?

Mark it in the catalog so developers looking for something to fix can see it.
